Getting started the right way

Heineken’s new joiners were smart and keen to learn. So their self initiated onboarding programme was perfect. But was it as good as it looked? Had it really helped people understand their brand? They felt they needed to find out.

That’s where I came in.

I created an online quiz that was fun but foolproof to reflect their culture and learning style. Suggesting a personalised Heineken bottle for everyone that passed. And as a way of putting a face to a name, I suggested the UK marketing manager should introduce the quiz and welcome everyone on board. I art directed a relaxed and approachable video.
