GMA Consulting (who developed the portal) wanted to help small to medium size businesses take the right steps to comply with the new law.

I was asked to help design the user experience. Making the website engaging, effortless and a whole lot easier to use. I started with why a person would use it, what kind of tasks they would do and how we could help them achieve their goals. I looked at how the information is organised, structured, and presented. I created a smart design with easy to understand icons that help signpost and guide the users actions.
